  1. Exercise - I heard this can help even at a chemical level..seems to work for me oh and PS3

  2. Being a single mom, I have a lot of stress in my life. One way I deal with stress is by going for a walk. I like doing this and it clears my mind. I wrote about other ways that I reduce my daily stress in this buzz blog post.

  3. Stress is a primordial sentiment. That is because of all the emotions that may have evolved with man, Stress

is definitely one of the first.

If you take into consideration the mammalian stock, you’d see that anger is one common manifest all animals

including humans share. Among other basal sentiment are joy (in a limited sense) and fear....

  4. As victim of high stress and anxiety I would like to recommend you acupuncture in combination with Chinese herbs. I used to be very skeptical to this kind of treatment, since there is a lot of bullshit around it. However, in my case this treatment is working amazingly well!!! I suggest you to find a professional place to receive acupuncture and you too will see the difference.

If you are skeptical about it try to find some practitioner with good qualifications, some of them have MD degrees too.

Then if you are writing a speech about stress you should include how some people use alternative treatments to deal with it. There are plenty people out there that do not trust in conventional medical drugs, that usually are so expensives!!!

  5. I run. A lot. I run as much as it takes to get rid of all the jittery energy from the adrenaline rush that stress always brings.

Also I like to smash things. Throw soft fruit against the wall. Talk to strangers on the bus.

Friends are also a great stress reliever, especially when they are as stressed as you are. Whatever we do, we always find time to laugh at ourselves, and laughter is one of the best cures for stress. Just let it all out.
