Well if your parents are letting you decide, then you need to think about the pros and cons of the parent you choose. if you are old enough to give an opinion and a judge has to decide the the judge may take into account your wishes but you still need the pros and cons. and if you not old enough to give an opinion, the judge with decide which parent would be able to give you the best opportunity in life. There is also the shared custody decision. during the school year with one parent and the holidays and summer with the other parent.

You don't get to decide.  Your parents and the courts do.  If you are a mature teenager, the courts make take into consideration your wants...but no guarantees.

Can you live with both?  Who would you rather be with?  Who would want to be with you more and not use you to get back at the other?  I think you should try to give both parents equal time, as long as they are letting you know they want to spend time with you.
