How do you decide when you are going to add a contact?

i usually add a contact if they ask a really funny question or if i always see them answering the same questions as me in p&s and they are funny. there is this one person im looking for to add but i cant seem to find them! they have the mom from family guy as their avatar...if you find them tell me!!

I only add chicks, only wish to chat with girls/women. Generally if they answer a bunch of my questions. Almost like asking some of em out , weirdly satisfying to be added also

They have to answer questions in a thought provoking, and somewhat sarcastic manner for me to initiate an add. I never refuse a person that adds me and I add them back after I check some of their questions and answers.
