Im almost 22. Not yet done with school ( 1 year and half to go!!!) and I always figured after school I would move out of the small town and pursue my goals and get a job, paint, and compose some music. Now as age creeps up on me, I wonder what to do. What if career building and goal chasing lead me to a life of lonliness and being single? Im scared *****less. Do i stay and settle with a guy who has none of the same interets just to avoid being single forever. I have met so many career women who say they wish they had just settled down. Anyone else facing a similar dilemma?? Any help is appreciate!! : ) : )

  1. DON'T settle! Follow your dreams, and you will eventually find the man of your dreams, too. I stayed in a couple of relationships WAY too long because I was afraid I wouldn't meet someone else. I now wonder what great opportunities I missed out on while I was trying to make a relationship work with someone who wasn't compatible with me. Don't make the same mistake!

  2. at 22 age isn't creeping up on you yet. Don't pass up any good thing that comes along now though, whether it be a guy or a goal/job now. You may end up being a 45 year old who let the years slip away because you thought some day.........

but don't go and grab at something now because your afraid that it will never come along again either. Make sure it is what you want. if a guy doesn't have any of the same interests as you now, you will be miserable and you will lose yourself.

  3. You can only decide for you what you want. Do not let others sway your ambitions whichever you choose. I am one of those who chose getting married. Now I am divorced raising a child by myself.

You are still young take at least a few years to decide. Good Luck
