We're not decorating our ceremony or reception site.  It's this gorgeous historic mill (that is a restaurant now),  and the walls are stone, with old wood beams, etc.  You aren't allowed to tape or tack anything to the walls, but we wouldn't want to it's so beautiful!

Our wedding will be near Christmas so the site will have a neutral-decorated Christmas tree and garlands on the two fireplaces.  We will be married in front of a huge stone fireplace and have the reception in the same room.  The chairs are also gold chivari wedding chairs, so since our colours are gold, silver and cranberry they work in beautifully.

We aren't even having centerpieces.  The tables are long rectangles so I am going to make cranberry velveteen runners for the 10 tables (shoudl cost less than $150) and just have 4-5 votive candles in glass holders down the centre.
