How do you defeat the cuba sisters in Zelda Phantom Hourglass?

I have gotten all the sisters and am facing them. I'm at the fourth sister.

after you gather all 4 of the sisters, they start playing a very deadly game. every time a SOLID ball is coming towards you, send it back at them with a whack of your sword. the 4th is the trickiest because she sends 3 balls towards you. HIT the SOLID one only. make sure to be on the lookout for the others that aren't solid, they will ricochet and seperate in 3 balls each. it may take a few tries.
