  1. My Dear Friend firstly you have to Divide Negativity in two Part (1) Negativity from others (2) Negativity in your self. to defend (1) you have to become a charismatic Leader..Motivate them,Encourage them give Promotion to Positive people ,Arrange lecture from Behavior Scientist

    (2) To Defend yourself from negativity Prepare your short and long term Goals.go for meditation in morning and concentrate on goal.Belive on someone( Like God) That he will always helps for good.Track your work and made yourself more committed for what u want. And always keep in mind philosopy by Lord Krishna that "Karmanya kadhikaryasa ma faleshu kadachan" that mean You have Always right to work hard, Getting its benefit or not is none of our business .thats it!!!!

  2. Just be positive, if nothing else it will make you feel good.

  3. I don't really like people who are negative all the time.  I end up avoiding them.  I try not to let them get to me.  I try to 'suggest an alternate perspective', and to be fair sometimes this works.  Not always though.  People who are angry or sad or frustrated sometimes just WANT to be angry or sad or frustrated.

I have been through the emotional roller-coaster stage of life, I guess we all have.  I know what works for me.  I really like people these days, much more than when I was younger.  But there are certain kinds of people I simply don't choose to be around.  Negative people and really really selfish people.  I don't enjoy them and they don't enjoy me either, so I just write them off.  Luckily there really aren't many people like this.

  4. I take what they say...keep it in till i get home...let it out! Cuss, Cry do what ever till i know it wont bother me the next day. Even if that means to talk about it constantly.

  5. I try to put on my emtional armor everyday before leaving my home. I do so by practicing some yoga and maybe reading some positive words of wisdom.

I have worked around negative people all day long in the casino industry, after 8 hours of stress even the best defences are broken down.

I just try again the next day, hopefully one day I can sail through the day without feeling any negative energy.

  6. I don't.  I simply embrace everything.   Avoiding the negatives is like having a snake under the bed.    You have to define it to deal with it.   Unless something is fatal, it's usually a way to learn.   Dealt with it doesn't threaten - it's just part of the landscape.  Defensiveness is always a means of avoidance.  It achieves nothing.
