How do you define culture in the anthropological sense?

Culture: A specific group of people that demonstrate specific behaviors that gives the group a dynamic and structure. A culture's behavior is dependent on location, enviornment, etc.

There are many different definitions of what culture is. As an anthropology major I think the best one that I've heard goes like this:

The shared behavior of individuals or groups of individuals used to cope with the physical and social stresses of the environment.
