  1. Smile. :)

  2. Happiness is "Living Life in accordance with nature and Virtue"

Basically happiness is making sure all our actions are motivated by good intentions and helping others.

It's an Activity not a process for example, Building a house in a process you don't have a house until the final brick is put into place.

An Activity is like dancing you can start at any time and stop when you like, you dance to dance! :)

happiness is like dancing and as Al Pacino said in Scent of a woman "If you get tangled up tango on!" :) x

  3. By the friends you keep.

  4. a way of life... not a destination

  5. Championing inner child among rising endorphin levels.

"Soul Mates and Twin Flames," Elizabeth Clare Prophet,

    "The Overachievers," Alexandra Robbins,

"The Master of Lucid Dreams," Dr. Olga Kharitidi,

    "Expecting Adam," Martha Beck, and

"The Great Divorce," C. S. Lewis, offer some good examples.

  6. Happiness is like a butterfly.

The more you chase it, The more it will elude you.

But if you turn your attention to other things,

It will come and sit softly on your shoulder.

  7. A bag of chips and a soda...=)

  8. Happiness is an emotional state. It is neither a state of being nor an actual process or journey. Happiness is how you feel - that is why people constantly pursue after it . They want to keep feeling this emotional "high?" (can't think of a better word) and so they keep chasing this feeling. It's why happiness never lasts - ask anyone. You are never always happy - happiness always fades away because it is a feeling that we have.

  9. Personally, "fellatio" works for me.

  10. Someone once told me: Happiness is temporary; something has to be "happening" in order from it to be active (i.e. give me $1 million and I'll be happy) - it's conditional. I prefer to have joy, which is unconditional because it's internal and lasts longer...

  11. Not wanting to leave the 'moment' that I'm in.

  12. an attitude of living.
