  1. The making of unwanted and offensive sexual advances or of sexually offensive remarks or acts, especially by one in a superior or supervisory position or when acquiescence to such behavior is a condition of continued employment, promotion, or satisfactory evaluation.

  2. any action made or even spoken to a member of the opposite s*x that is an unwanted action or verbal message . Anything like a joke could be considered sexual harrassment if the girl/man asks you not to do it around them and you continue to do so.

  3. harassment done sexually

  4. If you're asking for personal definitions I define sexual harassment as something somebody says to you that makes you uncomfortable. For example "You have a very nice butt." Accept make it a little more crude, and there you go. If you have seen Quagmire on Family Guy...there's all the example I can think of.

BUT..when I was in school anything was pretty much considered sexual harassment. They said kids kissing in the hallways could be considered sexual harassment.

  5. MY definition of Sexual Harassment is if someone approaches you and asks for s*x or a date and, after told no, refuses to let it drop or ANY form of unwanted, inappropriate physical contact.

Telling a p*ssy joke? Don't care... Words are just words, grow up and learn to cope...

But "Harassment" means that the person just won't leave you alone or involves unwanted touching.

If you get offended by guy's telling stupid jokes and acting like GUYS... You need to grow up and realize that no where does it say you have the right to NEVER be offended...

But touching or not taking "No" for an answer is when it moves from 'stupid' to 'harassment'.

I HATE IT that stupid and overly sensitive women are scaring men to the point that all conversation and joking in the room STOPS when I walk in, just because of the shape of my genitalia… I’m a girl that can’t BE OFFENDED… And I want to hear the stupid, sexiest, racist, and (again) stupid jokes and I am ONLY offended that they believe I am a “Fragile little female flower” that needs to be “Protected” from ‘naughty language’. I’m an ADULT and treating me ANY different because of the shape of my genitalia is what is demeaning and insulting… Not the stupid joke about boobies…

  6. When someone forces themself on someone while touching that person in a sexual way.

  7. anything that makes you feel like you've been sexually insulted or uncomfortable.

  8. Anything, and I mean ANYTHING, that makes another person feel offended, degraded, etc.   This can be done by another persons comments, actions, or body language.

The true test relies on perception; most harassers would say that their comments were not wrong because many laughed or took part in the action, but what really matters is the victim's perception, how they felt about the situation, and a person should be aware and vigilant as to not offend others.

  9. Get a hold of any company policy statement for it's employees and it will tell you.  It's pretty cut and dried.

  10. harrassing in a sexual way

  11. Grab But cheeks

    Grope b***s

  12. The victim as well as the harasser may be a woman or a man. The victim does not have to be of the opposite s*x.

The harasser can be the victim's supervisor, an agent of the employer, a supervisor in another area, a co-worker, or a non-employee.

The victim does not have to be the person harassed but could be anyone affected by the offensive conduct.

Unlawful sexual harassment may occur without economic injury to or discharge of the victim.

The harasser's conduct must be unwelcome.

  13. 1. Someone touches you inappropriately or without your consent (in the b***s, butt, legs, arms.)

    2. They come on to you harshly.

    3. They make rude remarks about you.

    That's the basics.

Someone grabbed my butt one time and they got in major trouble, it was the most awesome thing.

  14. Unwanted remarks or approaches that cause you to feel uncomfortable and guilty when you're not.

  15. Being very verbally sexual, or like smaking your butt, stink his foot up your skirt or something weird like that i hope that helps!

    Good-Luck!

(i hope this isn't happening to you)

  16. Did you know that when one little panda pulls on another little panda's underwear that's sexual harassment? And when one little panda puts his furry little willy in another panda's ear, that makes me a very sad panda.

  17. harassment is simply defined as such: to disturb persistently; tormen.

or: to trouble by repeated attacks. In other words. If someone bothers you in any way (in this case, sexually), you tell them to stop, and they keep on doing it, it's harassment. The sexual part includes a wide range of actions, such as remarks (i.e. "will you give me a hug?"), hand gestures, physical contact in any way that makes you uncomfortable, or anything else that can be connected to s*x, like slapping one's butt, or stroking someone's hair.

Plain and simple, if it makes you uncomfortable, and you say to stop, and it continues, it's harassment. If you feel it was of a sexual nature (in any way), then it was sexual harassment.

Remember, just because someone's "your friend" doesn't mean they're exempt from being told to stop, or that they can be excused.

And don't ever keep any kind of treatment like this to yourself, always tell a supervisor, if at work, or a teacher, if at school.

    I hope that helps.
