  2. If I were you I would back off from you. Give yourself time to recharge the batteries and decide which direction you want to go. Back off completely or you will just head bang until you do.

Pray, read the bible, immense myself in character building activities, read books, exercise, search for skills to learn to improve my life.  For example, whenever I exercise, I feel better.  It has been proven that exercise causes you to feel better and improves cognitive functions. So if you feel better, your thoughts will tend to dwell on things to improve your live and surroundings, thereby increasing your self esteem.
