How do you delete Avast from your computer?

I have gone to the add/remove, and nothing. How can you get rid of Avast anti-virus. Please help, and thanks for reply everyone.

  1. www.avast.com has removal tools you can use to remove avast from your pc.  This has happened to me before, but it isn't avast's fault.
