go to manage app.

Go To My Apps.

Then You Remove The Honesty Box

The My Apps. Link Should Be Under

Where Your New Messages And etc.

Should Be.

go under where you see if you have new messages/pic comments or whatever it might be and you will see all of your apps. click manage apps and scroll down and click delete app. but you have to be in the new myspace view for this. if you are in the old, let me know and I can help you that way too. hope I helped :]
