When you cancel your Piczo services, or, if your Piczo service is terminated, your information will no longer be available online. Piczo may retain a copy of your information, including browser information, for archival purposes.

  Please follow these steps to cancel your Piczo website.

Login

Go to My Account (at the top of the screen)

Under Account Settings, click on Cancel Your Account

Confirm that you want to cancel your account by selecting Yes

Click the Cancel Account button

If you change your mind and don't want to cancel, click on the Return to My Account link at the bottom of the screen.

Please keep in mind that if you want to fully cancel your Piczo membership you must cancel ALL of your Piczo websites.
