How do you delete a program the computer can't find? The game is Ghost Online?

I want to delete this game and it shows up in the delete programs list. However whenever I try to remove it my computer always says it can't find it. I know it's there because I can still play the game. Any solutions?

Go to Start.....My Computer......double click on C: drive....open Program Files....Right Click on the Game file folder and select delete.
