How do you delete a video from your flashbox on bebo?

I'm trying to delete a video i put on my bebo profile but I don't know how!! Can anyone tell me how i can do that pleeeease?

press favourites which is above the flash box and on the favourites page there will be the videos and right hand side of the boxes of the video it has a red X and press that and it will give you the choice of delete or cancel.
