How do you delete halo 3 from your xbox 360?

I tried going into the memory tab and deleting halo 3 but that only deleted my last saved game(last map i beat).

I basically want to restart the game from level 1 without the other levels showing

You can make a new gametag and start from there. All the levels will be gone and you will be able to start from scratch...
