How do you delete incorrect and pornographic material from Yahoo Search under one's name?

Somehow my name has been maliciously used to access pornographic film clips. I have never accessed or used any pornographic sites yet my name appears in some such places on the Yahoo Search engine. How do I get these references removed?

Go up to tools on the tool bar. Go down to Clear private data. It will bring up a box.  Check all of them and submit it.  It will clear the cookies, and history.
