  1. Hello,

On the top of the page, you can see an Icon "Tools", click that; You can see "Internet Options" at the end, click on that; In "General" -- Delete Cookies, Delete History, Delete files; click ok at the end.

    Best Wishes

  2. If you have yahoo toolbar there's a little button right next to the pencil click it and select clear recent searches.  The last search will show until you click on it.

If not using yahoo toolbar click internet options, clear private data or clear history/ clear cookies.

I use Mozilla Firefox, all you do is click options then clear private data.

  3. ctrl+shift+h for internet explorer 7

    ctrl+h for mozilla firefox

  4. I don't know. But I always want to know how so my mom does not know what I am doing on the computer.

  5. You need to clear or disable Auto Complete. This saves all previous searches in your search bar. Here's how to fix the problem:

For Internet Explorer: Click on Tools. Then Internet Options. Click on Content and then Auto Complete. Then click on Clear Forms. This will erase your search history. If you don't want things showing up again in your search history then deselect the Auto Complete options at the top. Be sure to select apply or ok at the bottom.

  6. you can but you have 2 delete history n by that u have 2 go 2 start then click Control Panel then findNetwork and Internet Options then click Internet Options then click delete thats wat it will say then click delete all or just click the one u want 2 delete (that the way I have 2 do it on my pc)

  7. If you're using Mozzila Firefox, just go to your 'Tools' on your top left corner and then click on 'Clear Private Data'.A box will appear and all you have to do is just check the 'Browsing History' box.

If you're using Internet Explorer, try to find this button called the Tools button and then click on 'Delete Browsing History'.I'm not sure what kind of version your Internet Explorer is but try to find the 'tools' button. If not,go to to your internet options, you'll find something there.

  8. On the top of your browser click Tools, thenm at the bottum, Internet Options, then History, then Delete.

  9. Everybody has answered concerning the history. Since you specifically said search then I assume you did not mean the address bar but a search engine search box.

That is part of the autofill feature that can be turned off in options.

In IE go to internet options/ content/ autocomplete/ settings/ forms.

In Firefox go to options/ privacy/ history/ remember what I enter in forms and the search bar.

You can also delete the entries by double clicking on an empty search box, dropping down to the first item, and then pressing delete for each entry.
