How do you delete program files from the all program menu on the computer?

I have un-installed several programs, but they dont disappear from the all programs menu and when I try to delete them from the menu, it said, "Cannot delete credits: It is being used by another person or program." But I'm the only one who uses the computer and I'm not using the program.

Right click on the Start button.

Click on Explore all users.

Go to the All Users\ Start Menu\Programs Folder.

Delete items that you don't want in the Programs folder.

You may have to do the steps above in Safe Mode.

To boot in Safe Mode, hit the F8 key

continuously as the computer is booting.

A menu will appear. Choose Safe Mode.

Be patient.Sometimes booting in Safe Mode

is a bit slower.
