How do you delete searches fro the google search box?

I am taking that your talking about items in your drop-down menu that you have typed in to search the net. to remove these items just click on the empty search window which will open the list up and place your cursor over the item you wish to remove and hit the delete button on your keyboard.

well on my laptop i just reset safari, coz its a mac, but im not sure on ne other systems.
