How do you delete the thing when you type in the address

I haven't been on anything bad!! its just at school we have loads of blocked sites, including bebo, and I know how to delete going on a proxy from the history but if you type in like www.t then it comes up with treebeach indicating ive been on it. Please PLease help?

On Internet explorer, you click tools->internet options-> then theres a section that says Browsing history. Click delete in that section and it will delete your browsing history

On Firefox, hold ctrl+shift+delete and click clear private data now.
