  1. Well the way everyone else is telling you to delete it doesn't completely get rid of it. If you want to COMPLETELY get rid of it, you need software. Now, since you only are using it this once to delete the movies, check out this site: http://lavasoft.com/products/lavasoft_fi...

The software is expensive, I know. but you can get a 30 trial at this site: http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file/fi...

If that link doesn't work, since it might be specific to my IP, then goto the first link I gave you (the lavasoft website) and look in the bottom right. It says download the 30 day trial. Click it, and you're on your way.

If you don't like that one, do a quick Google search for "File shredder"or "Free file shredder" or "File shredder free trial".

    Good luck,

    Jesse

  2. deleting and emptying your trash will free up your memory.  however, from the sound of your anxiety, it sounds like they are "personal" movies.  In that case, you will have to either get software to completely delete them (to render them irrecoverable) or re-write over your hardrive completely a few times (not the most time efficient way) to ensure the file has been completely overwritten, deleted and not recoverable.

  3. delete them and put the videos in the recycling bin on your computer

  4. Move them to the recycle bin (or trash if on a mac) and empty it.

  5. LOL

you right click on the file  and then you click delete, then click yes and don't forget to empty the recycle bin!

  6. delete them, then empty the recycle bin or do Shift Del (direct delete instead of sending it to the recycle bin)
