How do you delete videos off of a dvd rw? or record over them?

you can reformat it...which will erase all info.

Most of time just record over them, some program allow you delete them like just another hard drive. I found DVD RW always have some error but playable.

use Nero Ultra and open extras and there is an erase DVD icon to erase it and for writing u can use make jukebox DVD

i don't think you can. usually when you burn things onto a cd or dvd, it'll ask you to finalize it. which means, that stuffs on there permantly. Like in te old days you would record on a vhs tape, and if you didn't want to lose the footage, you'd break that little tab off. So, chances are, its on there for good.
