  1. There is no one-size-fits-all set of rules for deleting viruses.  Unless you have a specific name to search the Web for with Google or Yahoo! to find instructions tailored to that virus, you'll have to install an anti-virus.

    Sorry, but that's the way it is.


  2. Either Specificilly find it on your computer, or buy an anti virus software ... I recomend norton ,, or you might be able to find a free one off of downloads.com
