  3. The price per share of a given company is determined by the market place.

    It is that amount that some one is willing to buy a share and another is willing to sell it for.

    Assets, liabilities, capital have no bearing on the price of a share of stock.

  4. Assuming it is a public company, use Yahoo Finance and enter the stock symbol.

    If it is a private company, outsiders can not determine the price per share.

    If it is a foreign company, it is risky to try a determine a price per share.
