How do you develop a strong punch?

i know you could join boxing to increase your punching power which has alot do with techinque but how do you do it just by working out and technique

  1. Technique: aim 6inches behind your target when you punch. Punch through the target, not at it.


  2. work your biceps and triceps and pectoralis with weights and protein drinks of high protein diet to build muscles

  3. Do it very slowly so you can get a nice straight punch in. Step forward and put your shoulder into it as you throw thte punch. Then do a gazillion pushups, and do different kinds of push ups too.

  4. power comes from proper technique when you punch. this power comes from when you pivot your feet and twist your hips at the same time. when you join a boxing gym they will show you what this looks like.

  5. Grow some nuts and go **** someone up
