How do you develop charisma?

I really want it. I've always been the lowest person on the social ladder, and I simply did not have the power of attracting other people. People did not respect me and I could not convince and win over people.

Strength of character! You gotta know you and then be all that you are meant to be!

  And I'm not necessarily taking about joining the army here. Although that partly helped me! :)

just be fun, and yer self..... it works for me although my charisma might be a lil over done.. lol
