How do you develop telekinesis abilities ?

I am using my uncle's avitar to ask this. I am a pre-pre-adolescent but I like Criss Angel stuff. I want to learn how to focus and move stuff.

You start by reading the scientific research literature on psychokinesis (PK), which is what telekinesis now called, and seeing what the evidence supports and what it does not support.

Criss Angel is an illusionist/magician and you won't be able to do what he seems to do in any way except by making it look like you are doing something that you are not doing which is what he does.

On the other hand the research does support the idea that you may be able to effect random number generators, slot machines, thrown dice, and other small objects in motion to influence (not control) them at rates a little above chance. Put another way you may be able to win the coin toss against your friends more time than they win it (but you will still lose plenty of times).

I have included links below to both the scientific research and 3 web sites that claim to be able to teach telekinesis.

No method or technique has ever been studied by science to see if it is effective in learning or improving this ability.

I'm not sure about developing it. I guess you're suppose to be born with it.

I've done it before. I'm not lying I have BUT this is the thing...ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY GOSH. I tore the hair off my head just to make a stinkin little lego piece move!!!!! It takes A LOT of work! The reason I don't practice it any more is because it takes just way too much work. Your looking at spending one hour just staring at the object you want to move and struggling and just bursting from the inside out saying "MOVE MOVE!!" for it to move. Oh and you'll be doing that for maybe 2-3 weeks. Unless you have some mad dedication you wont move anything significant or be able to use telekinesis to actually help you in life. Sure its a nice parlor trick but unless you get serious about it - it will just be time taken out of your relax time spent staring in frustration at an object untill it moves. Yes it does move in the end and as you increace the weight of the object then lower it you'll be able to control it.

All I can say to summarize it is:

Meditate for 15 minutes. Just chill. Just clear your mind and relax.

Then look at your object (try balancing a "psi wheel" on a pin or sharp pointy object like a sharpened pencil) and try feeling it and "beleiving" or "willing" or "feeling" the object to move. No one really knows the exact method it takes to move the object but those are the techniques we use. Believe it will move. WILL it to move. Feel it moving.

Don't be discouraged if you think telekinesis is fake..its real man. It'll just take some time. Search up "Psi Wheel" or PM me if you need more information man.

PS: Don't listen to the people that say its fake!! They haven't ever tried it and they get their claims off the skeptics that scoff at any amazing discover/idea/talent! I repeat, telekinesis is REAL!! IT IS REAL! Get it through your head! What other words do you want me to use people? TELEKINESIS IS REAL! I guess its hard beleiving it when you have so many people saying "Its fake! Its fake!"

Its real. If you think its fake...sure its your loss. If you believe/know its real then good for you =) Your not another sucker that thought it was fake =)

Many people claim PK exists, yet not one single person has been able to demonstrate such an ability in a controlled environment.  So, if you are able to learn PK then you would be the first.  Be wary of those who claim otherwise.  They are after your money.

Criss Angel is a magician/illusionist.  He will be the first to tell you he is using natural means to create the illusion of the supernatural.  That's what magicians do.

I am afraid that you are being duped..telekinesis is a special talent that might be more closely related to con art. I am more mature than thou art so I would tell you to leave it be my young friend.
