How do you disable a pop-up blocker?

because im trying to disable it and it wont work!

  1. to temporarily disable a single pop-up, just hold down the Control key when you click on it.  To permanantly stop it in Internet Explorer go to the Tools menu at the top of the program and click on Pop-Up Blocker and disable.


  2. You just click on the pop-up blocker and it'll say pop-ups okay.
