  1. Understand what is best for you through logical thinking. Train yourself to do what you believe is right, and have no doubts about your actions. If , however you do something you believe was wrong don't do it again, and try to fix it. ALWAYS think logically. It may be hard in situations of anger or adrenaline, but in the long run, it could save your life.

  4. well it does depend on what your trying to discipline your self with if its

1 your overweight take small steps with exercise

2 your really horny just try not to watch bad movies and stuff

3 your mean try to stop yourself from being the putdown person

4 if its anything else just try running into a wall with your head down so you get a short headache but no marks.

  5. I set short term and long term goals and work toward achieving them.  When working towards the accomplishment of a goal, you must consider what needs to be dropped and what needs to be gained.  Look forward to the goal that you are trying to achieve and act accordingly.

  6. First it's important to understand the word itself. Look it up on line. Read it carefully and you'll absorb it's meaning. From there, it's a choice you make to practice these rules, until they become a habit.  Your old habits will be forgotten in no time, if you are serious about wanting to become more disciplined.

Write the meaning on a paper. Keep it handy.  Read it often.  Memorize the rules.  They will become a part of you. Education, class and discipline of oneself is something no one can give or take from you.  It's FREE for anyone who ask and it can't be taken from you, once you have it.  Isn't that nice?

Blessings for success on this new journey<><:)

  12. "Discipline is remembering what you want"

For me, it's been with BABY steps.

Let's say I want to go jogging, but the rest of me doesn't want to go. I tell myself that we only need to go 1 mile and we can go as slow as we want.

Once I get stronger and in better shape, I can increase to 2 miles or more, but I don't lie to myself. If I say only one mile, then we can stop and get some grapefruit juice.

For reading a book, I try to read just one page per day at least, then if I feel like reading more, that's fine, but if not, then it's okay to stop.

I try to fill my day with as much healthy and positive things as possible or else a part of me would be doing bad & unhealthy things.

I try to remember what happened the last time I did something unhealthy so that, when I have desire to do that bad behavior again, I can remind myself what the results will be.

It helps to join a support group to talk with folks about this stuff.

It helps to pray to your God or Higher Self for guidance too.

I try to get into good habits and they are hard to break just like bad habits.
