  1. there really different back is alot harder start standing up and sit back like ur goign to sit in a chair then swing ur arms to and jump back and u should hit a handstand make sure u keep ur arma straight then snap ur feet down

  2. All I can say is to take classes at a gymnasium. This is because if you try to learn by yourself you could get seriously injured. So, I wouldn't suggest that.

  3. The best way to learn a back handspring is to learn from a coach, or take gymnastics classes. Before you can do a back handspring, you should be able to do front and back walkovers, as well as a round-off and handstand, those are just some of the basics. The easiest way to learn a back handspring is on a trampoline.

Before you even attempt the jump, try doing a back limber (backbend, then bring both feet over at the same time and snap down to land standing). Once you have this, try the same thing but with a jump. Once you get the feel of jumping on to your hands, try to pass through a handstand position when you are on your hands.

It takes time and a lot of work to perfect your technique, but it should come with practise. This was how to do a standing back handspring, but it can also be done from a round-off.

This is the basic 'move' in tumbling and is the foundation for more complicated passes.

If you want to learn harder tricks I suggest you find a gym where a coach can help you train.

    Hope this helps :)

  4. they're pretty different.. do u want to learn on ur own?? well if you hav a gym to go 2 do drills and ask coaches for help. once the drills feel comfortable move to a trampoline and then to the floor. if you dont go 2 a gym well... thats kinda hard.

    hope this helps!
