I actually have two questions about volleyball. One inquiring about the "barrel roll" used for digging. Can someone with experience and mastery describe each step and what you have to do to do a barrel roll. I was also wondering how you know if you have shin splints because I have pain in the side of my leg near my shin that hasn't gone away for about a week and a half now but I don't want to go to the doctor if it's just common pain/slight injury to the muscle. Thank you =)
