  2. Ok so the first thing to practice is jumping up but more imprtantly OUT!! u want to go out so u don't land on the board. once u can do the flip, u have to imagine urself trying to jump over, and not through a brick wall that is in front of the board. that will help u get good height.

for now though, start a few BIG steps away from the board. take the steps to go to the end, big steps, making sure that u finish with withever is ur more comfortable foot, ull be pushing off with both feet though so it doesn't matter that much. as ur walking, place ur hand over ur head in a "ready position'. then take ur final step, ur feet should be together at the end of teh board. bounce down and then back into air going out (some of the bounce comes from teh fact that ur taking a step). use ur arms as momentumand throw them down to ur side turing the flip. at the end they will be above ur head. tuck ur chin to ur chest, this will help u flip fast enough to get over before u hit the water. once u figure out this, u need to point ur fett and throw them down straight, this will keep u from flipping  more and u will go to perfetly straight. just do what feels right for the flip. advice....don't be scared. just do it. the first time u may belly flop but just get back up and try it againl. don't over think it. try youtubing a video to see how it is done. words don't always cut it.

    Good Luck...hope this helps!
