How do you do a front walkover?

I need to know how to do a front walkover soon.

I have a competition in a month.

  1. first you should try doing a handstand

    after mastering that you should arch your back so that you go into a back bend and make sure that your arms are wide open liike your arrm pits are showing alot lol!

    then when your back is stretched out alot you need to start trying to stand up from that!when you get all of that try it in one fluent motion! so you will then be able to master a front handspring and remember to keep tight!


  2. its a hand stand then into a back bend. u may need help with back spot.

  3. Put your arms up straight, lock your elbows, & move into a position like you would to "walk" on your hands.  Then slowly arch your legs & back until your feet hit the ground - make sure to keep your elbows locked so they don't buckle & drop you on your head!  Think a "standing" summersault.
