  1. First place the ball on the back of your neck until you can keep it there comfortably. Use your shoulder blades and neck to cup the ball. After you can do that try throwing the ball up and catching it on your neck. I do it by bending my neck and looking down before the ball is about to hit the top of my head, then bending over when i think the ball is about to hit the back of my neck. This absorbs the bounce of the ball, making the stall very easy and consistent once you get the hang of it.
