  1. Well i find a pencil eyeliner does a could flick look as it's easier and looks cool x

Try the new maxfactor liquid pen it looks easier and creats an awsome look x

    Hope that helps

    Good luck

  2. Well i find it easier to to it from my bottom lashes, with liquid eyeliner. I start of either doin a line under my whole eye, or sometimes just in the corner. However when i get to the end of my eye, i carry on and to a very thin flick. This gives you a basic shape to work around. I then join it to my top line, by staring near my nose and going outwards.

It is so much easier this way!! If  i didnt make sense, feel free to email me!!

Hope you figure it out!! xx

  3. i use liquid eyeliner its easier to do the cats eye look i just use the eyeliner on the top lid then just flick out if this isnt like too descriptive go on you tube

  4. use liquid eyeliner and just flick it once you've reahed the outer corner of your eye =]

  5. Don't use a pencil eyeliner.  You must use a liquid eyeliner but it's just practice.  Always start from inside and steadily draw the line flick outwards. x

  6. i saw a video the other day that helps with that:

  7. Use liquid eyeliner and first apply it from the inner corner to the middle in one smooth motion and then another from the middle of the eyelid to the outer corner and extending it then curving it slightly up. There is definitely a technique to it, but I usually do the first outside line really thin and then go over it again twice thickening the line and improving the shape of the flick. I also find that those felt tip brushes are really hard to use for that because they are so thick. I use Rimmel professional liquid eyeliner and it has a very thin brush that is easier for me to control. If you mess it up or it goes on too thick you can always slightly wet a q-tip and wipe the excess away to the proper shape.
