How do you do a public Woohoo in the Sims life stories?

My sims has a romance aspiration and wants to publicly woohoo. How?

Yes, go to a community lot that has either a photo booth or changing booth and click on it to get one of your sims into it. Then click on the other sim that your first sim has enough of a relationship with and invite him/her to join the first in the photo booth or clothing booth.

go to a comunity lot and get both sims into a photo booth, then click the booth with both sims inside and select woohoo
