How do you do a pullover? (tips)?

I am in level 2 in gymnastics and I still cant do a pullover. Any tips?

  1. Make sure your head doesn't go back. and do things like push ups for arm strength, then after that its practice and more practice. good luck


  2. work on your arm strength. the more you have, the better off youll be. from there, use your body so swing yourself over the bar.
