You need to pick up a copy of 'The Book' DVD Wakeboarding Instructional series.  Disc 3 covers all of the inverts.  This is a 5 DVD series covering everything a rider, new to advanced, would want in their video collection.  You will not only get a description but video from any different angles and speeds to demonstrate exactly what you are looking for.  You can buy the DVD's separate or as a set at http://www.wakeside.com.


  2. the easy way to do one is just to learn how to do one on a trampoline then when u can do that tie a rope to a tree or something and put a handle on it then pu a board on ur feet but without the fins. an old skateboard deck with straps on it for your feet works really well because it doesnt waeigh that much . after u can do this perfectly go out and try in on the water but be prepared for alot of falls because it will happen
