How do you do a really long nose manual on a ripstik?

i don't ride a ripstik, i ride the wave, the original castor board, and in my opinion allows for better carving and a smoother ride.  plus the quality is a lot better....but def check out their website  thewave.com   to see some sweet vids, pics, and check out all the other stuff they offer.

as for a manual on a castor board, because it is on one wheel it is very important to set ur feet right.  whether it be a manual or a nose manual, you have to set ur feet in the propers areas of the board, then shift your weight to lift to one wheel.  however you must use arms as a surfer might, this is crucial.  use ur arms to balance and find that sweet spot where you can hold the manual for as long as you want.  each rider has their own technique, so it's up to you to find the most comfortable way to set your feet, but def spread ur arms out and use them for balance to help hold the manual.
