Sorry..I thought you meant how do you "say" it. lol Anyway..this is how you spell it and say it.

As for doing one....if I knew I wouldn't tell anyone. They can be very dangerous. You need to stay away from anyone doing them. It's one thing if a spirit comes on it's own..but you shouldn't  summon them. You don't know who or what you'll get..and it could cause a lot of damage to your life and your soul. It's not a game.Neither is the ouija board. Stay away from them too.

If you want to increase the likelihood of a successful seance you should sit around with a bunch of superstitious true believers and pretend to communicate with dead people.  Use a board game called Ouija board.  You can get them in toy stores.
