  1. Think about doing a waltz jump back scratch spin in the air.  Kick your free through straight (it might help if you aim at something), swing your arms through with your free leg, and jump off your toe pick.  Make sure you snap your hips well in the air (as if you are pulling into a back scratch spin) so that you can rotate well.


  2. first swing ur right leg then quickly cross ur leg and dun forget to look at the left (ur face) so it will help the rotation. N dun forget to quickly pull in ur arms together, make it as tight as possible. Then landing...

It is just a combination of a waltz jump and a loop jump.  First thing is to take your time with it.  Kick up with your right leg like you would in a waltz jump, then jump and after you have done half a turn in the air cross your legs, and as soon as you are the one and a half times around come out and land.
