How do you do fantasy football on espn.com?

i used to do yahoo, but now i want to try espn.com (or is nfl.com better). but i am not quite sure how to use espn.com

how do you make your own point settings and how do you trade players. edit roster? and is there any cheats on espn.com? (quicker way to get to players)
