How do you do flips, ollies, and pop shove its on a skimboard at the beach?

Im pretty good at skimboarding. I can go really far at a quick speed. I would like to learn how to do some new things on the board. Thanks

  1. Youtube videos are awesome help for skimboarding & skateboarding.

    Pop shove-its are easy to do on a skimboard. You can do them while you're sand skimming. Just jump up, kick the board either towards the front or the back so it spins around while it remains flat on the sand, and land back down w/both feet:

    In order to get any kind of air, you're going to want to launch off of a wave since the tail of a skimboard is not curved up like a skateboard. When you launch off, pull your knees up towards your chest (like you're ollie-ing on a skateboard) for maximum air.

  2. are you using a wooden board or a glass one. ii find it impssoible to ride waves on a wood one. a pop shovit shouldn't be any problem tho. the easiest way is to kick forward with your back foot
