It looks like this girl had pretty good skin to begin with. I personally like Cover Girl or Revlon for low end brands and MAC for high end. MAC really gives that flawless look and it's great for photos. The best thing to do is buy some different stuff, practice until you get it right and if the products don't work, save your receipts and return them and keep trying. As far as color goes, it looks as though she has a matte finish ivory foundation, a loose powder and a shimmery very light pink blush applied heavily. I hope this helps, best of luck!
