How do you do take a vow of silence?

I'm sick of talking....How can I stick to my vow of silence? Do bandaids over you mouth work ? I thought about sewing my mouth shut but I'm hungry .....heh

oh ya I have no idea where to post this so sorry!

Just simply stop talking... be sure to let your friends and family know what is going on first and about how long it will be so they are not weirded out. You can find silent activites to do like walking or reading a good few books.
