I personally have never been able to accomplish this, I have however only given it a small attempt in my youth. Perhaps after following the link which I have provided I may give it another go. Mind u the others r just not into Magic but i myself am into the high standards of practicing the art of witchcraft  meaning telekinesis and stuff....

2 do telekinesis you need 2 calm down and relax and concentrate on the object you are going to levitate if you concentrate hard enough and picture the object in your mind then you have to succeed in telekinesis i hope you levitate as well!

think about it and try harder that's the only way you can do it. i myself somehow smashed my hand on my desk and moved my cursor before. just to say this is a joke i have no clue sorry :)

Sorry, but last I checked, Telekinesis is not available to human beings.

However, if you want tips on ESP (like guessing what's behind someone's back) I would suggest just saying the first option that you can think of (make sure it is the very first). Works for me usually.
