Ok, I started my first Kendo lesson today and I did not get it at all; I'm going to be doing it once a week and it'll be as long as an hour, I did my first session and after three sessions, I'm expected to get the basics down.

I'd like someone who knows Kendo to help me here; I need a guide that has ILLUSTARTIONS (giving directions does NOT help me in any shape or form) on how to do the basic moves, which are going to be (they're in English, I will also need the Japanese terms and proper etique to be doing in the dojo, along with the countings and more; just the strikes for the terms listed below that you use to hit those body parts):

Head (also the ones when you're going backwards)

Rib cage (also the ones when you're going backwards)

Neck (right under the chin) (also the ones when you're going backwards)

Legs (or something like that, it's hitting the lower body part, right about to the shin) (also the ones when you're going backwards)

I felt very stupid doing this today. ^^'"
