How do you do the bazooka jump on call of duty 4?

i've seen it online but do you have to jump before you shoot or what? every time i try i just die. please help me out step by step would be best

Well, first, you have to be above whatever you're aiming it..whether you're on a rock or the edge of a platform or whatever. And then you have to time the jump with the point that the rocket actually comes out...not with the trigger press. It's hard to time and hard to pull off easily every time, but it can get you into a few glitches.

I've never done this before, but couple of guys on my clan did it. From what I can tell you have to time the RPG shot and the jump correctly. I'm pretty sure you can look on YouTube for some videos of them doing RPG jumps (I've seen them before). Best of luck with the RPG jumps.
